My work in many aspects reflects, through my lens, the ordinary beauty that I believe surrounds us everyday. We just need to slow down the shutter speed of our lives in order to take it all in.
We have all been there - driving down a road as sun sets, wishing there was a way to pull off to capture the moment and share it somehow.
That is what photography has allowed me to do - move over to the side of the road and freeze the moment. Hit the pause bottom and be present for something that in all probability will never happen again - or at least not in that light, with that tree in the background or those kids laughing as though no one was watching!
